"Very small room"

Very small room in someone's house - there is the same main door then the room is through a door whilst the rest of the house is through another door. It seems to be a converted garage that was connected to the main house. Very small space, hardly enough room to open a big luggage. In the small cupboard there was a jacket that was probably left over from previous users, so I was unsure what kind of cleaning is done in between use.
