The place was neat and convenient for me. I could go in and out of my room without getting through the main house. Very comfortable bed and sizeable room for a single occupancy.

The was not soap/wash for bathing provided. I guess that was an oversight but I was not bordered because I had one

Host wasn’t aware I was coming , room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4pm

The location was ideal for visiting our family and we liked the fact that we were given a key and the room had its own entrance. The hosts were helpful when asked questions and unobtrusive while we were there. It was very well equipped for a garage conversion, though naturally a little tight on space in the sleeping area because of the well-equipped bathroom.

The mattress was a little soft for my back problems but others will find it fine. The macerator toilet smelt a little but I think this is unavoidable with such devices. No problem with the door shut. Plenty of cleaning products were supplied anyway. There was only a mug, plates and cutlery for one, though couples seem to use the room quite often.

The host is so kind that he saw I didn't have a good bag, he offered to provide me with a bag, which he didn't have to.

Maybe upgrade it to a bigger hot water tank in the future.

Sometimes the hot water doesn't get hot. Maybe I couldn't manipulate the shower heater
