Lhostel Casablanca clean and tidy Mr. Yves couple are well educated with good taste France good kind and generous very polite treat customer friendly extremely good breakfast plenty of food and choose information useful I thank them very much especially need mention one of their very minor staff even active help taking my very heavy luggage to a 50 meter distance street corner help to call a taxi to take me in hurry to the train station catch the train to Casablanca Airport at time this guy I am highly appreciate his work and professional they should proud and honour to have such good quality service staff

This is the review of ben Youssef hostel. When we arrives Essassi they told us our prepaid room was booked, and they guided us to ben Youssef. A much worse hostel Near great place and mosque, hot water

Very very good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room and a lovely rooftop terrace.

Was very difficult to find, I needed to ask a local who then harassed me for money.

The room was without an external window so was very stuffy. There was a window above the internal door which was wedged open so every time someone turned a light on it shone right in. There was no wardrobe or chest of drawers in the room. Just a bed and two small tables. There was no one to ask for help… no toilet paper throughout even though I made many requests for some. Pillows on the bed cushions so very hard. One grubby towel supplied. No sheet change even though I was there for ten days. Basically they just give you your keys then leave you to it… not the norm in Marrakesh at all. There is usually someone to help you in a riad. No sign on the road which made it very hard to find.

- there was no terrace as advertised - the area can get very noisy at night, it's also right next to a mosque. - only one outlet per room - wi-fi could be stronger - can be difficult to find, location on google maps/booking is not correct.
