The only good thing is that our room was really fresh despite not having any window

the staff was unfriendly, the place extremely dirty and the kitchen was basically useless because it was full of dirty dishes all the time and without enough tools to really cook. The first photo of this place is fake, there is no accessible terrace.

Kids screaming very soon in the morning

The location was nice, located in the heart of the Medina so close to many cafes and restaurants. Entertainment was also close by as were the markets. The traditional housing (riad) was nice to stay in, it was nice to experience a different culture of living! The host was friendly and organised a few excursions for us including buggy riding and day trips.

The shower was cold for the majority of our stay and the toileting facilities were not the best. Toiletries were also missing but the host did come and replace the missing items when told. Very hot at night. Beds were uncomfortable.
