"Old pub with great food"

Rooms above a traditional old pub with its own car park, serving really good home cooked food. Staff all friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom decor a little tired but all perfectly clean. The shower pulsed between freezing cold and dangerously hot, the door lock was so stiff it was nearly impossible to get in or out and there was a pile of empty cardboard at the foot of the stairs.

Although we arrived late in the evening, the staff were very helpful and anxious to see everything we wanted. A lovely breakfast and cosy ambience in the bar. Beds super comfy and the room excellent. The Bulls Head is right in the middle of this charming village.
