Le change en dollars un peu excessif.

We hebben twee fantastische dagen gehad. Rolf en Rachel zijn zeer enthousiaste en vriendelijke hosts. Heerlijke rustige plek om te genieten. Tijdens de schemering komen er dieren naar de waterpoel waar je vanaf het terras op uitkijkt. We hebben verschillende dieren gezien onder andere zebra's en springbokken. Het huis is heel gezellig en warm ingericht. Een aantal van ons heeft de Afternoon game drive gedaan, totaal andere ervaring dan een drive in Etosha. Hier zijn de dieren nog schuw en rij je niet over wegen. Een echte aanrader!

Alles war rundum perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tout!! Endroit paradisiaque... Si vous avez envie de sortir un peu des sentiers battus, allez-y les yeux fermés !! La maison est magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, elle est immense et très bien équipée. La suite parentale offre une vue magnifique sur le bush et le point d'eau éclairé. La terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre, elle donne aussi sur le point d'eau éclairé. Nous avons eu la chance d'y voir défiler pas mal d'animaux : phacochères, pintades, oiseaux, zèbres, chacals, Springboks et même un léopard !!! C'était notre dernière nuit en Namibie et elle a été parfaite Nos hôtes Rolf et Rachel sont absolument adorables. Nous avons eu l'occasion de discuter longuement avec eux, c'était vraiment un moment très touchant. Monika nous a concocté un repas traditionnel "Onshigali" délicieux. Nous avons aussi fait le night drive avec Rolf et Rachel dans leur domaine immense, même si nous avons été un peu moins chanceux qu'au point d'eau, c'était une expérience incroyable. Nous avons quand même vu plusieurs animaux dont des zèbres, des impalas, des koudous et 1 chouette effraie. Encore merci pour ce moment hors du temps qui restera a jamais un de nos plus beaux souvenirs de Namibie

Great hosts.

We expected that Etosha would be the finale of our 20 days trip to Namibia and Big Cats would be the dessert. It turned out to be the other way around : Etosha was the appetizer, Big Cats the finale. We never had a welcoming like in Big Cats : you feel like the King and Queen and the host will do everything to make you feel at home. The house is spacious and decorated with an exquisite eye for detail. The surrounding is terrific. There is passion all around, in every inch.

I can't think of anything negative. For this place, surrounding, activities and service level, the hosts could easily triple the price and it would still be worth it !

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. Rolf and Rachel are incredible hosts – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. The sunset safari was without a doubt the highlight of our trip, and the private chef dinner was an unforgettable experience. The food was outstanding and the whole evening had a magical atmosphere. I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough – it was perfect in every way!

It was very cold during the night, but we had a lot of blankets to keep us warm.

The serenity, open air fresh surroundings, setting near a waterhole, solitude. The more than hearty welcoming attentive hosts. Gorgeous meals in a serene private setting. AND the firepit. And so much more to make it your definite stop!
