Lemon Tree Lanai

Semplicemente incantevole. Doug è stato un host fantastico, molto caring con la giusta discrezione. La casa è una bomboniera, arredata in ogni dettaglio con gusto e ti da una sensazione di coccola e calore. Cucina fornita di tutto per cucinare pasti. Ho apprezzato che avesse messo a disposizione salse e spezie e tutto l'occorrente. Il lanai aperto ma coperto da zanzariera fa si che te lo puoi gustare in serenità senza che entri neanche una zanzara. Ho passato un incantevole serata a leggere e rilassarmi cullata dal canto delle rane. Pulizia eccellente , si vede che Doug ci tiene. Se arrivi con il vuio puo sembrare fuori mano (è tutto il suo fascino) ma seguendo le indicazioni che ti manderà è stato facilissimo arrivare, 2min e fuori dalla strada principale e sei arrivato in una parte di paradiso! Nulla tutto meraviglioso

We loved staying in a private, homey space tucked in the tropical forest. It had all the amenities and supplies we needed for our stay. The location halfway between Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and Hilo was perfect for what we wanted to do.

The tropical location means beautiful flora and also lots of mosquitoes and flies and all the (very loud!) noises of forest creatures especially the coqui frogs.

This place is a real tropical paradise. The place was clean and well stocked. We admired all plants and flowers on the property. It felt like a small botanical garden.

I would definitely add ceiling fans. It would make a huge difference in air flow and cool the air.

Es ist sehr privat und die Wohnung ist umgeben von Regenwald. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Die Frösche sind extrem laut aber gehören in der Region nun dazu. Auch Gekos, Baumschnecken haben wir hiergesehen. Es ist alles sehr einfach gehalten wie in der Region üblich. Wer etwas authentisches sucht istbei Dough genau richtig. Die Hunde bellen anfangs beruhigen sich aber rasch. Lassen sich prima mit Leckerlis bestechen.

Wir können nicht negatives sagen.

The facilities are very nice, there is a room with a bathroom, a very nice living room and a very comfortable covered terrace with a kitchen.

Keys were on the porch in a binder with all other required information. The location was beautiful and very convenient for us. I loved the enclosed porch area and the fresh fruit left by the host. The beds were comfortable and the whole place had a charm about it.

We had never been to the island before and weren't aware of how loud the Coqui frogs were at night. The building had sections of open wall to the outside making the noise impossible to sleep through. It was an amazing sound, but bring earplugs. I wish this was noted before we arrived so we were prepared.

I got clear driving & check-in direction from the host before my trip. Our host is super friendly and got us ginger flowers!
