We loved our stay at Hall Estate Mansion. The history, beautiful architecture, and stunning location made it a truly unique experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bradford-on-Avon.

Increible relacion precio calidad! Nos hospedamos en un castillo del 1600 por el precio de un hotel modesto

Me hubiese gsutado que algunos espacios comunes permanecieran abiertos mas tiempo

Astonishing building and fabulous grounds. Not a conventional hotel and could reasonably be regarded as a piece of living history. Our room had many period features but was complimented by an extremely modern and well equipped bathroom. Numerous little touches and an excellent buffet breakfast in our room made this a memorable stay.

"Manor house in BoA"

9.0

The room was enormous. Although the house is right in the centre of Bradford-on-Avon, it felt quiet and secluded. Check-in and access was all done through keypad codes so very easy. There was a basket of breakfast items provided in the room on the first day.

The breakfast basket had a set of plates and cutlery provided. However, as there was no daily housekeeping (which is not a problem) but also no way of washing the dishes, if you are there for more than one night there are only dirty dishes to use for the next breakfast(s).

"Bradford on Avon stay"

8.0

Booked via Booking.com app and got a discount being a frequent traveller. I would not have paid full price and glad I didn't. All the correspondence and messaging through the app was good, I got directions, and the door codes and could message them easily. Check in after 3pm and check out from 10am I think. We got there a bit later than planned but I had the codes so we code let ourselves in. It is not an hotel, no-one there on check-in and no restaurant facilities, BUT the rooms are spacious with massive beds, drawers, wardrobe (although difficult to open as no handles), TV, sofa, coffee table, 2 seater table and chairs, fridge, and another table with tea/coffee. ALSO they provide things so you can have a 'breakfast' in the room - 2 jars of cereal, 2 croissants, 1 pot of jam, 2 yogurts, bottle of orange juice, milk, lots of tea and coffee. Also 2 packets of crisps and biscuits, 2 bottles of water and tins of wine. All glasses and crockery provided. This is a good idea as we found Bradford on Avon lacking in anywhere decent to eat for the evening meal (or anywhere open tbh). There were a few areas in the room (Kingston) that needs more housekeeping attention like areas of dust (yes I know it's an old building) and I found a pair of socks in a drawer, bath towels could be bigger, also maintenance issues regarding handles on wardrobe doors would be useful, the mirror in bathroom needs attention, and confusing lights how they switch on/off. I did get chance to walk round the grounds, some parts lovely, a lot of work needed to maintain some of the other parts, I nearly slipped on one of the tarmac path (yes it was damp as it was raining), could be lovely. I would say that a price of £160 a night would be more fitting, but do keep up the good work in maintaining the property and garden as it is a lovely house. We were not impressed with Bradford on Avon though...
