The gift basket was a nice touch.

I wish more of the rooms would have been open for exploration

The location was quiet and relaxing, a short walk to the quaint little town streets and places to eat. The Hall had lovely grounds, easy parking and self check-in. The bathroom was lovely, everything was clean, our breakfast tray had everything we needed as well as welcome snacks and a small wine.

The pillows were hard, I would suggest replacing them.

Gorgeous estate and rooms. The bed in the Kingston bedroom ist ultra comfortable. Very nice breakfast treats. Amazing location and nice staff! Free WiFi.

The only downside is that the rooms are all very warm and you can’t open the windows. The fan is helpful but doesn’t really cool the room down.

The room was amazing and the grounds were lovely.

Breakfast cereal in the jars wasn’t labelled for allergens but everything else was great. Fresh milk and water in the fridge was lovely The bathroom was stunning and well thought out the rain shower with separate independent shower head was perfect for those not wanting to get hair wet. The bed and pillows were comfy. The powerful fan available as standard was very welcome. Grounds were stunning!

I realise it’s an old house so absolutely expected not to be able to open any windows. Again, old house so power points will always be a compromise. Overall, not set up for business travellers but super for leisure.
