EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA DESCANSAR , YA QUE TENES TODO RESUELTO, LA PLAYA ES IMPRESIONANTE, LAS INSTALACIONES MUY BUENAS, LA COMIDA ES EXCELENTE , MI NOVIA ES CELIACA Y LE COCINABAN ESPECIALMENTE PARA ELLA LO QUE PARA NOSOTROS FUE UN PLUS, EXCELENTE EL TRATO, EL LUGAR TODO, LO MAS DIFICIL FUE IRSE ! Estuve alojado del 15 al 21 de Octubre pasados el habitacion 2918. A raíz de un daño que hubo en el baño y que reportamos desde el primer dia, se hizo necesario que varias personas estuvieran entrando y saliendo de la habitacion. En uno de esos momentos fuimos victimas de una robo de 600 dolares, los cuales reportamos a la direccion del hotel, en cabeza de la Sra. Sandra Gonzalez, quien se comprometio a darnos una respuesta y solucion, lo cual hasta la fecha no hemos recibido. Ella indico que nos iba a dar una respuesta via correo, lo cual no ha acontecido. He enviado infinidad de correos y realizado multiples llamadas de larga distancia sin ningun tipo de respuesta. Es absolutamente frustrante la falta de empatia del hotel y de esta señora en particular. He leido otros comentarios de situaciones similares en relacion a robos. Mi recomendacion no escojan este hotel, por el precio se pueden conseguir multiples opciones iguales o mejores. Si deciden tomarlo, tengan cuidado con su dinero y sus pertenencias. Nuestras vacaciones terminaron en discusion con mi pareja a raiz de esta situacion. Muy frustante.

Beautiful lobby. Check in was painfully slow. The property didn't match the entrance. Our room was comfortable. The housekeeping service was on it! Bravo! Restaurants were inconsistent. Pallazzo was a disappointment. We also thought the Grill was mediocre. Ventana was really special. We also liked the music in the outdoor courtyard. Beach was great. Should let guests know when there is a jellyfish problem so we were not surprised. Overall stay was very enjoyable!

Rooms need a refresh but great beds and linens!

"The best all-inclusive stay we’ve ever had!"

I was blown away by the facilities. Everything was perfectly taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, the gardens were beautiful, and the food was incredible. You could enjoy a la carte meals every day and the quality was consistently outstanding. I’m surprised more reviews don’t highlight this! The staff were amazing too, friendly and always going above and beyond.

There’s absolutely nothing negative to say. If I could suggest one small thing to this and all all-inclusive in Central America and the Caribbean would be to have a bit more Latin music as the default.

"Justo lo que buscabamos, tranquilidad y una buena playa."

Nos encanto la tranquilidad del hotel, es justo lo que andabamos buscando. Tanto el servicio como las instalaciones son exceleentes. La limpieza es buenisima tambien. La infinity pool es un paraiso y las tumbonas super comodas. Una cosa que nos encanto es que, a pesar de ser todo incluido, las cenas son para pedir de la carta y no con buffet libre, eso te hace sentir como en un restaurante y nos gusto muchisimo.

En general la comida estaba muy buena tanto en el desayuno como en la comida, sin embargo, en las cenas de algunos restaurantes, la comida no era tan buena. En el grill, en el italiano y en el asiatico si que cenamos muy muy bien pero en el Spices que era el restaurante mejicano y en el Ventanas, la cena no era muy buena. Otra cosa que mejoraria, son los postres de las cenas de los restaurantes.

The location of the resort was amazing, pool and beach areas were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and fun, plus they made great drinks.

Upon arrival they tried to tell me we didn’t book 2 people per room and wanted to double charge, however, I clearly booked it via booking.com with a confirmation email specifically stating 2 people per 2 rooms totaling 4. We get to our room and the phone and fridge don’t work - talked to concierge and he came up confirmed and stated he would send someone to help. No help. We’re very easy going people so we never cared enough to continue to reach out. You’re required to have reservations for every dinner you’d like to go to, however, when we arrived and started to make reservations we noticed nothing was available. We made some and were able to get some late reservations- went to some and were told the guys couldn’t wear shorts. They had dress shirts on and closed toed shoes. Again, we then understood rules but wish we were told prior. All this to say they have insane rules for not having good quality food, quick response to room issues and wanting to double charge. Beautiful grounds but will never come back to a low quality “5 star resort”.
