Royal Hideaway Playacar All-Inclusive Adults Only Resort

Muy buen hotel, super completo, buenos restaurantes, el staff excelente, el room service muy completo y 24/7. Buenas piscinas, tanto las de relajación como las de actividades. La salida a la playa está muy bien también. Cuenta con actividades durante la semana. El sector de playacar muy bien también, la ubicación del hotel es muy segura y a unos minutos de la 5ta av. Frente al hotel hay una zona de tiendas que sirve para comprar recuerditos.

Todo excelente, no tuvimos ningún problema en nuestra estadía.

Las albercas y áreas verdes están en excelente estado, todo super limpio, las cenas muy ricas en los restaurante de especialidades.

The property was clean. The staff were amazing. And, the dinner restaurants were generally good.

The property was very dated and the online photos look way better. The breakfast Buffet needs some work. And, they never had change at the front desk to exchange for tipping folks.

The property was beautiful, relaxing and quiet with all the greenery separating spaces. There were hidden gems if you wanted more privacy. There were also activities throught out the day that were fun and engaging. Ventana was absolutely fabulous.

Stinky seaweed! The crew really worked hard to clean the beach every day but it was pretty bad and uncontrolled by the resort. Quite a few staff seemed annoyed (or judgemental) with any sort of questions so sometimes we fumbled around with where to go out how to go about doing something rather than asking questions. Most of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The good staff definitely made the experience significantly better so we got good at gravitating to those specific staff. It is a lovely property but older. The pool restroom was out of order one day so you had to go upstairs to a restaurant bathroom. Some of the rooms had issues with AC, not ours though. Only issue we had was a toilet that continually ran and wouldn't fill up unless you jiggled the handle. We had a bad experience at Azia.

The clue is in the name - hideaway. If you want to stay and chill.in a resort, it's perfect!! Everything will be taken care of.

Our room was dark and dingy. If we were to return to of stayed longer , we would of upgraded to a room with a balcony with a view and seating area
