Rylands Farm Guest House

Lovely spacious room, nice decor . Comfortable and clean. Have stayed here before so knew the standard to expect. Would defininately recommend.

I have stayed at Rylands about six times now this was my favourite room I travel with my dog and he loved the grass outside the property and the ability to roam safely room has a fridge and a microwave which was great for snacks and breakfast

limited space to sit and work on a cold day as the main table is outside on the patio and it doesnt have a heater

Location is great for access to the airport and Wilmslow the local town. The rooms were ok and the tv channel selection is great. I was able to watch the live football.

We got asked to move rooms upon arrival, this was a shame as the first room we were allocated was bigger and had more windows, giving more natural light.

The room was not clean and bedding was covered in dog hair and also human hairs of all types. There was a strong presence of dog fleas and after spending only 2 hours in the room we had to leave due to being bitten by fleas multiple times. We tried contacting the owner but we have had no response from them. We ended up paying for another room elsewhere.

Smashing B&B Its a wedding venue too, only free when a wedding is not booked Ideally located, surrounded by farmland Lovely walk over the fields Continental breakfast , good choice Room were delightful, cottage feel, clean and welcoming

Just the busy road, though its not the B&B fault At least you have good access to road links and airport just down road if you need it!
