Please make sure you have Booking app downloaded in your mobile device. Off-road parking is available for residents only. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Payment should be made on arrival or payment in cash can be left in the room. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A DOG, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS FIRST. Our Hotel is Self Check-in after 4/4:30pm. Each room has a keypad access. Kindly note that breakfast is not provided at this property. Thank you for your understanding. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"I’ll be back, and so will the Dog"

Brilliant location really close to Manchester Airport lots of free parking directly outside of the building and a nice wide path on the opposite side of the road for walking the dog. Didn’t have any trouble finding it and really easy to access late at night.

Absolutely perfect for a one night stay. Walked into a warm cosy bijoux room. High spec fitments and very nice location.

Nothing really, if I was staying longer perhaps request a larger apartment with more storage.

Personal touches like dressing gowns, bath and shower separate and was a large bathroom. Smelt amazing and the surroundings were just beautiful.

There was nothing at all we didn't like.

Very friendly and helpful you lady greeted us on arrival.

Rylands was described as luxury accommodation on their sign. I would describe it as basic and tired. For an overnight stay close to the airport it would be ok but not as a base for exploring the area. The driveway opens out onto a VERY busy road although it quietens down in the evening. No facilities for breakfast.
