Renovated rooms.

Zero communication from hotel staff. Parking with your own responsibility - big sign once you enter just next to the hotel building. No staff on spot, just as a capsule hotel, be prepared, everything automated. Poor view to heavy traffic road while trying to drive out from parking lot.

It was at the same venue as my work meeting (otherwise would have picked a different location), self check in is convenient

It was very small and old. There was no wardrobe or other means of storing any clothes. Only some bedside tables. The table upstairs was water damaged. The headboards were not attached and falling off. The TV did not work at all. There is no staff on side after 4:30 pm until 8:00 am (check in starts at 3 pm only, so hardly a chance to get in touch with someone). The bathroom is borderline claustrophobic. Being 7 months pregnant made it a bit challenging to even fit in. There is no lock on the door either. The signs of the venue indicate “luxury accommodation” but that would 100% not be correct for the family room. Also stayed there in the day to attend the work event, but service was very underwhelming and would not recommend for an event either

Amazing location. In the norning we had tea watching the horses.

Unfortunately it takes a bus and a tram to reach the center of the city. For us it was more or less an hour to reach piccadilly. But it was a nice ride anyways.

Convenient location

Dimly lit room, room accessed by outside stairs which were not lit. Really needs some sort of motion sensor lights. Uncomfortable bed. Very noisy due to main road.
