Please make sure you have Booking app downloaded in your mobile device. Off-road parking is available for residents only. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Payment should be made on arrival or payment in cash can be left in the room. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A DOG, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS FIRST. Our Hotel is Self Check-in after 4/4:30pm. Each room has a keypad access. Kindly note that breakfast is not provided at this property. Thank you for your understanding. There was no breakfast, and the accommodation was advertised as LUXURY, = we have travelled extensively and the accommodation was fair to middling, though the bed and bed linen were comfortable.

Suited our needs perfectly. Cot was provided as requested. All contact was via Booking .com messages which is great but I didn't know to look there so was a bit frustrated when I couldn't get an answer straight away from calling the phone.
