Check-In Information: • Please provide an arrival time, using the comments box when making your reservation. • The check in details will be provided through the Booking App 2 days before the arrival. Please make sure you have Booking app downloaded in your mobile device. Off-road parking is available for residents only. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Payment should be made on arrival or payment in cash can be left in the room. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A DOG, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS FIRST. Our Hotel is Self Check-in after 4/4:30pm. Each room has a keypad access. Kindly note that breakfast is not provided at this property. Thank you for your understanding. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

On booking.com the management state that breakfast is available. They are currently only offering breakfasts after 'events', whatever that means, so there was no option for breakfast. There was no hairdryer in the room as stated on the facilities. The room was tiny. I have a large dog so we had very little room to move about. They are on a very busy main road, unsuitable for dog walking. There were no staff on site; you let yourself in and out of the rooms. I did text the number given in the folio about the absence of a hairdryer, but received no response. I also texted and phoned the number given for an invoice for business expenses. Again, no response. I would not stay here again.

"Great pre flight stop over"

We’ve been before so knew what to expect and it didn’t let us down. Clear communication regarding code to get in, location of room but then you can come and go as you please, it’s a 10 minute ish drive from the airport but relaxing the night before flying. Great shower and comfy bed !
