Please make sure you have Booking app downloaded in your mobile device. Off-road parking is available for residents only. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Payment should be made on arrival or payment in cash can be left in the room. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A DOG, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS FIRST. Our Hotel is Self Check-in after 4/4:30pm. Each room has a keypad access. Kindly note that breakfast is not provided at this property. Thank you for your understanding. Perfect location for Manchester Airport, we arrived late and checked out early, bed and pillows were unreal. Thank you so much for having us both. Wish we could’ve seen the lovely farm during day light!

Absolutely beautiful property! Far exceeded expectations and can't wait to return. Great location and lovely little pub a couple of minutes' walk away. Couldn't ask for more.
