Please make sure you have Booking app downloaded in your mobile device. Off-road parking is available for residents only. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated at this property for an additional charge of GBP 7 per dog per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Payment should be made on arrival or payment in cash can be left in the room. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A DOG, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS FIRST. Our Hotel is Self Check-in after 4/4:30pm. Each room has a keypad access. Kindly note that breakfast is not provided at this property. Thank you for your understanding. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amazing very warm stay as well highly recommend"

Was amazing and the fact that the breakfast is free. It is a good location as well very close to shops as well as restaurants as well here.

More sustainable if you had shower gel attached otherwise the wall so there is less plastic but I didn't mind it is just a suggestion.

The location was great for us, and loved the styling of the rooms

We were in room 2, the walls between 2 and 1 were paper thin it felt like the people in room 1 were in the room with us. It didn’t help they were particularly noisy but that’s no fault of the venue. Also the pillows were really lumpy I found.

"Ideal location, modern with good facilities, great for a night."

The room was nice and modern

The only downsides are the bathroom was pretty small and the walls were a little thin so you could hear the person in the next room chatting with his family.

Breakfast was basic and no communication from person in dining room Finding the room on site was challenging better lighting outside would help

Room was cold when we arrived and took ages to warm up complicated instructions Room was basic and very small Bathroom well equipped but condensation on walls put us off
