Great location for walking round Ballater and near restaurants, co-op, bus stop etc Wonderful hosts - helped with transport query, very welcoming and lots of attention to detail eg umbrellas if you need one, indoor lounge areas with fire and pretty vegetable garden with chairs too Very comfy bed, good shower with lovely smellies Breakfast exceeds expectations - bread, cheeses, choice of cereals, boiled egg, proper coffee (instant is already in room with selection of tea), juice, cakes - yum! Fridge in room enables this provided on a tray/fridge the night before which gives you flexibility in the morning or a midnight snack! Would recommend and definitely stay again

The quest lounge. It would have been nice to have had a place to put a beverage (like a coffee table or side table)

Lovely spacious property!

The room was really nice and spacious with a lovely bay window. It was a bit unusual having the toilet and shower separate from the room but since they weren't shared with other guests it wasn't a problem at all. I loved the breakfast tray, the location was convenient, parking was easy, and the area was very peaceful.
