The Burcott Inn Cottages

Very spacious holiday flat. Perfect for us as a 7 day base whilst touring Somerset and surrounding areas on our motorcycles.

A washing machine is needed for a week long visit. We travel as light as possible but we managed to hand wash and dry our clothing outside as we were blessed with hot weather.

Allocated rubbish bin was full on arrival and still full when we left so had to leave a black bin bag in property. Relaxin

Great location, peaceful, lovely staff and handy having the pub next door

We like to cook as I have food intolerances and it’s difficult to eat out. Not having an oven was tricky and there wasn’t many places to store our food.

Situation was good, not far from the pub and not far from Wells

Location excellent, comfortable and clean cottage. Friendly owner, welcome pack much appreciated.

The comfy bed. The shower. Parking. The pub next door.

No shelf in the wet room for personal items. No mop to wipe hard floors. Attention to detail such as cleaning cobwebs. No notes on where switches for towel rail was how to dispose of rubbish.

The location to Wells was very good. A nice 5 minute drive to the cathedral

Nothing comes to mind. Everything worked, the hosts were very friendly. Perhaps the only shortcoming for guests who might be on an extended holiday is the lack of laundry facilities.

Great location for visiting the area. Self contained unit with everything you need. Didn't visit the pub for food. Daily visits by Barry the boxer dog!

Sofa has seen better days. Shower has poor flow & power. Bigger TV needed for that size of room
