Location was excellent as stayed due to transporting our children who were in the same location to attend Manchester Academy. Parking was available on site. Nice decoration but some was surface level. Spacious apartment Comfortable double bed. Early check-in at 14:00 as most are 15:00. And checkout at 11:00 which is excellent. Host very responsive.

No heating in any of the rooms. Radiators didn't work in both bathrooms Should have realised there might be an issue when saw an electric hearter in the living area. Host did bring another heater but auto switch off, so didn't help keep warm. Would hate to be there mid winter but it was cold enough at the end of March. Could do with a deeper clean as grime in parts. Some plates, glasses and cutlery were unclean and the wash sponge old and dirty They expect you to clean after yourself before leaving which is fine, but they need to check before new guests as not everyone who stays know about cleanliness.

Secure parking

Heating didn’t work. Fan heater supplied after several messages. This didn’t help with freezing cold bathroom. Moved the fan heater to the bedroom once in there.

Great location for Manchester Academy / University. Parking space. Nice living room. Two bedrooms.

The mattresses have seen better days.

Free parking. Speed of response to any questions from host. Appartment was clean and tidy.
