1. Key collection was super easy. 2. Bed was comfortable. 3. Host was pretty responsive.

1. Towels were too thin. 2. Parking was an issue as designated spot was taken, even the newly assigned spot was taken. 3. Please make an effort to rename the Wi-fi password.

Location is handy for the university

The flat wasn't cleaned. Dirty bedding, dirty bathrooms, half eaten food in the kitchen. Cleaner eventually arrived 2 hours after check-in. Changed bedding and tidied up but it wasn't hoovered, mopped or dusted, so not great. I had to wipe down surfaces and sweep the floor, so we could use the kitchen. We couldn't access the shower facilities, until the cleaner left, so we were late to our evening function. I wished I'd just left but we had no alternative!! No apology or help from the owner, refunded 15% via booking.com. The flat is tatty...the photos aren't recent. There is a broken bathroom lock, mouldy shower, scratched paint, drill holes in the walls.etc. It needs to be refurbished and a deep clean.

a very nice apartment on the ground floor with all the facilities you need. the host was easy to contact and friendly, we had a minor problem with towels and it was sorted within half an hour, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

maybe a wardrobe in the twin bedroom, we used the rail out of the hallway. the extension lead in the twin needs a bit of attention.
