Very well laid out apartment, clean and modern, easy to access and secure parking. The host was very responsive, I would book again.

Spacious, not far from oxford road, okay location and tidy. Great value

No hot water what so ever from any tap, was only there for one night so it didn’t really bother us but would have liked to freshen up. Hallways to get the actual apartment had no lights and was literally pitch black and not us looking goofy trying to find the switch. Had to wait half hour outside property waiting for code to enter the apartment, we did make the host aware of arrival time a couple of days in advance and still had to wait half hour outside for the code.

Easy access, plenty space, ideal having private parking. Close to public transport links. Host was very good with communication, nothing was too much trouble. Made our weekend stress free!

Excellent location for university graduation ceremony. Ground floor access for guest with walking difficulties. Off road parking available. Nice extra touches...Manchester themed artwork, diffusers, air freshener, hand-wash, washing-up liquid & cloths and some tea/coffee. Whitworth Park close by in good weather. Enough basic facilities and equipment for short stay.

Only double and one single bed made up. Booked for 3 adults....Grandparent, Mum and adult daughter but must have assumed couple plus one. Not discovered till late at night so too late to report. Fortunately had own spare bedding with us to transfer to daughter so just used that. Towels provided but no large bath/shower towel and not great quality. They were clean and fresh smelling though! Bedside light in double didn't reach plug socket and had to search for extension lead for bedside light in twin room. Location of lock box not clear from close up photo when entering via carpark. Friendly neighbours helped! Instructions said lock box code on booking confirmation.....but different one sent on day after contacting owner. £50 cleaning fee added after booking. Is this a returnable deposit??
