Het enthousiasme van het personeel maar voor het uitchecken was niemand aanwezig. Jammer.Alles zag er verzorgd uit.Eten in het restaurant was ook perfect en bediening werkte volledig in dienst van hun gasten. Perfect!!!

Alles zag er zo goed en verzorgd uit maar in de omgeving van het bed tegen de muur hing een penetrante urine lucht.

The location for my visit was perfect , no food facilities available on my visit

Miss people connection , very sterile with email re room , entrance code etc , will visit again and stay when restaurant open The issue for the french motor cyclists who never received an an email and were wet trying to gain entry , which would not have happened if I was not present Would have been nice to get a text of appreciation for my efforts , perhaps a discount on my next stay Think if you served breakfast perhaps continental it would finish off would could be a great place to stay

Great parking area. The setting and grounds were beautiful. The restaurant was excellent and the service friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the ambience excellent. Room service was excellent. Garden Room excellent for those incapacitated in any way. Walk in shower great for those who needed it. Great location to get into Gloucester quickly and easily.

The sat nav did not pick up the location. Perhaps the naming of Horseshoe Drive would have helped. A pity that there are no breakfast facilities. The Garden Room had no windows so that we had to keep the French window open at night. There were no emergency instructions. There was no information for tourists concerning places of interest etc.

Beautiful quiet location, adjacent to the bike route. Covered area to lock our bikes overnight

Jetted tub in room didn’t work and no drain plug for the bathtub

It was a great location for a stop off to break up a long journey. It is an interesting building that used to be the lock keeper's cottage. The canal alongside was lovely to explore. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

It was a hot day (28C), but it was very hot in the room, we were in a room on the top floor, which is a loft conversion. There was a fan, but it remained hot throughout the night.

Excellent location, good base for exploring.

Very hot as no air flow in unit. No plug in bath. Fridge not very cold.
