Sonesta ES Suites Gwinnett Place Atlanta

The location

This hotel has not been taken care of at all. The pictures are deceptive for sure. Their were areas where the smell was awful. The beds don't have blankets. The A/c barely worked. Just not what I was expecting

I can tell there have been some upgrades and some are still in progress.

Staff was rude, tub didn’t hold water, water was not getting hot, heat in room did not work.

It was beautifully decorated.

The water in our room was cold. Like in the bathroom, kitchenette, and bathroom the water would not get warm. Even after running it for extended lengths of time. I had to boil water to bathe my infant daughter. The coffee pot in our room was broken. The phone wouldn’t call the front desk. The staff waited three hours to bring us the crib we needed for my daughter’s nap after we paid to check in early. Overall, horrible experience for what I paid.

Location is tucked off I. A quiet road but is still minutes from the highway

Location location location! Lots of great things to do nearby, and so many restaurants. Easy check in, and breakfast was included with our room and was so good!

There were a few bugs in the room, like lady bugs and a few others. Someone should’ve checked the room before, also there was some weird brownish reddish stains on the wall and head board of the bed.
