Only one stove worked, had to ask for pots and pans bc our room didnโ€™t have any. Ended up buying a pan. Washing machine was horrible, waste of time and money. Had random room charges to my card and I went to ask the staff at the counter, she wanted to give me an attitude when I just wanted to understand the charges. She said it was a mistake and she going to reverse the payment back.

It was close to what I had to do and the staff was nice

It was bugs in my room, the tv was not working properly, internet kept going out. Dishes dirty.
