"Very rude and aggressive staff"

The man on reception made us wait for ages and was then incredibly rude, saying "I don't have to check you in if I don't want to" and "I don't need your money". We ended up cancelling and finding something else much nicer just around the corner. I don't know why he would speak to a customer like that.

Quaint and quiet, and above all the hoteliers - Nacho and Victoria - were beyond exceptional. I have stayed in dozens of hotels all over the world and never have I met two more wonderful managers. They made our stay magical.
