Views from the room are incredible. Great location. The host was amazing. Very attentive and was always ready to help and support.

Volgens mij was er teveel schoonmaakmiddel gebruikt. De geur was de hele tijd aanwezig.

Lovely location, quiet and set well back from the main street of Sigiriya..over looking rice fields. Room is a good size, comfy bed with mosquito nets, clean bathroom, good shower We stayed 3 nights as it was easy to to reach Sigiriya itself ( very short tuk tuk ride and short walk if cool time of day)..close to Pidurangala and easy to get to Minneriya park , a medium trip to polonnaruwa...very convenient. Breakfast provided. On first 2 days we were given a tasty Singalese breakfast..which was awesome, the third breakfast was egg and toast, adequate but slightly disappointing compared to previous. The manager (Battia?) was extremely helpful, arranged tuk tuks, laundry, always attentive. 500metre walk to selection of eating places, felt very safe walking..however currently building extensions going on so builders and noise during the day..however am sure when finished things will be even better

Construction work going on..so no chance of a peaceful rest during the day. Bathroom was smelly ( drain issue) felt unable to leave window open as building workers around ( issues with security and privacy)...however hopefully this all temporary ..it did not spoil our stay.

My room was clean and comfortable, during the night super quiet. The hosts were super nice, friendly and very helpful ,a delicious breakfast was just a plus :)

We had a great stay! We received a warm welcome from the manager and his uncle, which immediately made us feel at home. Although there’s some ongoing construction, it hardly affected our experience (you’re out and about most of the time anyway). The location is perfect, with stunning views over the lush greenery. It’s also just a short walk to countless restaurants, which made going out for dinner super convenient. Every morning we were treated to a different local breakfast, all fresh prepared and served with delicious fresh fruit. The only downside was a sewer smell in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant at times. Aside from that, we truly had a lovely time here and would definitely come back!

The location was just a short 500 meters walk from main street (or a 3 min tuktuk), right at the edge of a beautiful rice field. Rooms were big and comfy, with mosquito netting around beds. Nice bathroom. The best part was the host, who served us nice sri lankan breakfasts, shared valuable info of the area and really looked after us while we were there. We are driving our own rented tuktuk, and he was happy to help with mechanics, and also there was good parking space. They are still building some parts of this place (putting in a pool!), so i think it will be even better. No construction sounds during the evening/night/morning. Great value for the price, would stay here again!
