Ella chanidu Inn

Good location, just a few minutes ride to town. Excellent hosts, Chamara was very friendly and helped us to arrange transport for our day trips (: breakfast was sumptuous as well! Favourite thing was definitely the view right outside the balcony (:

Inevitably, due to the surrounding environment, insects are attracted to the light and can be a nuisance at night. We wished that the room was a little better ventilated as well.

Private balcony with beautiful view...lovely place to just while away time. Great value with super nice owners and fab breakfast.

Wonderful peaceful setting with the most friendly attentive hosts. We were welcomed with coffee on the balcony and the most amazing views of the mountains, you can even see the trains coming into ella. We had the best breakfast so far in Sri Lanka at chanidu ella inn! The hosts even transported us to the train station for early train. Definitely recommend this place!

The View, breakfast, location

Location is wonderful, very nice view of the hills and super calm environment. Hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is walkable to town, takes about 15 minutes. Beds had mosquito nets, which come in very handy. We had a superb stay in Ella.

There are a lot of mosquitoes, but that is just how it is.

Amazing view, best breakfast I had in Sri Lanka, comfy bed, super nice hosts! Liked everything about the place.

Loved all about the stay! Maybe a sign at the street would make it easier to find the hidden place ;-)
