El hotel estaba viejo no, lo siguiente, está en venta. El Wc se atascó

The garden of the property is impressive and very beautiful and there’s a direct private entry to the lake. Everything was clean.

Pictures on the website are nothing like in real life. 80% of the pools are empty - and not for cleaning, as dirt has been piling up in them. The rooms are outdated probably since the 90s no renovation has been done, the facilities are falling apart, and the rooms are cold and empty. There where more employees than guests and the prices in the restaurants are way too high for the amount and quality of the food. Honestly I think the pictures online can be called scam. At the Check out they made us wait because someone apparently needed to check the room if it was okay? I don’t know if that is from a history of bad behavior but it felt very strange and not okay

Breakfast, always good staff very friendly and willing to please.

Great staff, clean and spacious. Fabulous gardens and the sauna was a very nice bonus.

A little difficult to drive to.

Great location, nice big rooms, beautiful pool.

No coffee in the rooms, hinky sauna booking process, breakfast not available until 7:30.

We purchased our breakfast, I was quite large and full filling

The service and location were great, we used the temazcal and it was great too. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was great for what we needed.
