I think the hotel generally needs a bit of renovation. The rooms are a little old fashioned, but comfortable and cool.

La habitación, la iluminación de noche y las vistas del balcón, tienen acceso al lago y la piscina y comida del restaurante son increíbles

El horario del Check Out a la 1:00 pm debería ser a más tardar a las 3:00 pm

vista lago molto affascinante. l'hotel ha delle dimensioni molto estese con piscine e giardini che permettono molte attività diverse, oltre alla banchina e il molo vista lago da cui partono i battelli privati dell'hotel. camera era pulita ed accogliente

a causa di un problema tecnico non sono riusciti a darci la camera con la stessa disposizione di letti che avevamo richiesto durante la prenotazione. raggiungere la struttura in macchina non è molto facile vista la difficoltà del navigatore ad orientarsi nelle strette stradine della città di santiago atitlan. il ristorante è buono ma decisamente troppo caro rispetto alle porzioni ed alla qualità.

An outstandingly managed property with a large span of gardens, a great swimming pool, and breathtaking beach from with boat dock, tranquility and stunning volcano view. Also loved to swim in the lake and pool as well as experience the Mayan sauna.

Great place for relax and increíble views beautiful gardens and excellent service, friendly staff and big rooms the only big inconvenience is the road to get there the town has very small Allies so the chance to get stuck there is very big be careful and recommend a lighted sign to the hotel because at night is very hard to see
