CARI Surf Villas

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Location was prime and right next to everything. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Just note that the bathrooms are indoor outdoor style. Would definitely stay again.

Wow, fabulous property! We were greeted from our transfer by two staff who helped us with our cases and showed us to our villa, (villa 1). From the moment we arrived we couldn't have been happier. The villa is spacious with two large bedrooms with comfy beds, wardrobes and good lighting. Each bedroom has a large and gorgeous partially open air bathroom. You do have to plan your showers a little as the hot water runs out quite quickly, but also heats again pretty quickly for the next person. The living area is spacious with a large natural wood table and comfy sofa. The kitchenette is functional with a full size fridge/freezer. The pool is large and gets the sun most of the day, which is not necessarily common in Bali). There are two loungers, more might be better with a two bedroom villa, and a cabana. It would be great if there was some sort of cover to put on the cabana mattress as the plastic wasn't so good to sit on. The location is fabulous! The villa itself is super quiet and private, down a long driveway with just the odd rooster in the morning, again pretty common for Bali and didn't worry us at all. At the road there is Carina Massage, we used them more than once, and plenty of of restaurants. Restaurant wise I'd highly recommend Warung Local, only 50 mtrs from the end of the driveway towards the beach. We went there for breakfast every morning, once for dinner and several times for a gelato on the way home in the evening. Very reasonable and good fun. There is also a very good sushi place almost straight across, slightly up the road. It it also only around 15-20 mins walk to Padang Padang beach which is lovely for a swim, but be very careful of the monkeys. They will steal pretty much anything from you here.... We are not surfers but clearly the surf is excellent in this area. I can't speak highly enough of Cari Surf Villas!

There is no hot water in the kitchen area though this is not uncommon for Bali. Didn't like having to leave!! :-(

Fantastic location & the villa was tastefully decorated. Check- in and communication was great too. Gem in Uluwatu!

The guys from Cari camp was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect.

The outdoor areas were equally impressive, with a beautiful pool, lush gardens, and plenty of seating areas to relax and soak up the sun. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the well-equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home.
