The View

Really spacious, good garden area and kitchen area is welcoming!

Not very clean at all, dust and dirt everywhere, dirty toilets and sinks, hard flooring needs a deep clean, kitchen cupboards dirty and leftover takeaway packet was found inside cupboard from a previous guest. Lots of walls marked and several with large holes in them. Back door handle was broken during our stay so when our group went outside the wind ended up shutting the back door and locking us out. Unfortunately this property looks a lot better on the photos and left us a little disappointed ☹️ it could be better with more maintenance/upkeep of the damages and a better cleaner.

The house looked really nice on the website.

In reality there were issues. Wall at top of stairs hole in. Beds didn't looked like they had been changed and mine had stains and hairs on the sheet and had to sleep on a towel. Kitchen sink had a leak and a small bucket had been put there which had not been emptied. Obviously when we used the sink water went all over the kitchen floor which we had to clean up. Main fridge stopped working and started to leak. Laundry left all over the utility room and in our bedroom IKEA bags full of washing. We did take photos on entry so that we did not get charged for anything as there was a detail long list of we would be charged for extras. The house was advertised as not a party house but had been set up as one.

The location was great, rooms were great. Great for socialising. Very modern, clean, spacious. Lovely space outside. Hot tub was great. The beds were comfy and clean. Enough bathrooms for a large groups

Communication was not the best. Had to chase up on the day. Doors left unlocked without a key to lock it made us feel unsafe during the night. Little things missing which made the stay less comfortable, no tea towels available, no bath mats or bins in the bathroom. Outside door handle broken which kept locking people out.

The house is lovely very big, the decor is a nice touch just overall a nice space. Felt very spacious for a large group. All the facilities worked can’t complain in regards to the property
