SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Good location, decent breakfast. Staff was nice enough.

Property is run down. One elevator was broken, tv has very limited channels, furniture in room was broken. Overall the property is now well maintained and just kind of grubby.

Swimming pool wasn't working. AC wasn't cleaned for a while. The sofa is falling apart. Only one working elevator. This hotel needs some serious renovation.

We were greeted by cigarette smell as we entered the lobby and told our room had been cleaned but were asked to wait. We waited for the room to be cleaned and were called to receive our room key cards. We went into the room and we were again greeted by stronger cigarette smell. There was hair in the mini fridge and on other surfaces like the sink, bathtub and tables. There were mosquitoes in the room. We killed some of those hovering around the curtain. The booking for the room was for a two adults and a child but only two towels were provided. The room description said two queen beds but the beds were clear full beds not queens (false advertising). The room was also advertised as non smoking room, which wasn’t the case.
