The location

The pool was closed, the couch was dirty as was the mattress that pulled out. We woke up to find aunts all on the table by the bed and my wife had bite marks on her leg from them. We have not heard from management or anyone with even an apology.

Could not find reservation because it was listed as my last name first, should have found it by reservations number and either first or last name. Room was dark, lighting was terrible.Bathroom dirty. Could not find our party that was booked was not booked and it was. The reserved room for family party did not have air conditioning, was broken. Only one elevator was working.

My room is dirty, the air conditioning did not work, the sofa bed was dirty, the shower door did not close, a very bad experience

The staff was very nice.

The air-conditioner didn't work in our room and it soaked the floor in our kids room. The pool was shocked Saturday afternoon and then we were told we could swim at our own risk. They only had one working elevator. The safety lock on our door was broken. There was so much more wrong.

Location was great.

Property is showing it's wear. Sheets did not fit at all and were a problem for both of us all night long. Get sheets that can be tucked in. Pad under sheets moved around and bunched up because sheets couldn't be tucked in to hold it down. Carpet colors are nasty. Really the bathroom is too small.

The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. There were several issues guests were complaining about but they remained patient and kind. The room was large and comfortable.

Only one elevator was working the entire stay which caused delays and lines waiting to go up and down. Our key never consistently worked. We had to go to the front desk 4 times during our stay to get them reprogrammed. Even then they still didn't work so we just made sure that someone was in the room to let others in/propped the door open. Observed several other guests experiencing the same key issue. Only one ice machine was working for the whole hotel and there were ants in our room.

The pool was shut down in middle of summer and that’s they only reason we stayed here and checked out 2 mins of checking in.. a total waste of $150 bucks
