"Could of been better"

Main lobby was cute and clean. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. Room was a decent size and fit my big fanily comfortably.

We picked this specific hotel for the pool just to find out it wasn't available. Huge disappointment. Some of the staff didn't have a warm welcoming (mainly night staff) basically on their phone.. otherwise the staff were very welcoming and great customer service. Baby crib was a small pack in play and didn't get cleaned. It was dirty and unstable. Barely safe enough for my baby to sleep in. A/C was set to 60 and didn't get too cool... it was a very hot weekend.

Yellow stained sheets. Smoke smell in hallways. Only 1 working elevator. Pool a slime mess. Some staff extremely rude.

Just a comfortable bed

The pool situation, only one elevator worked, not enough blankets, sheets for pull out couch. Only handed two small pillows for pillow pull out couch. Hand one small towel for extra towel request,room didn’t stay cool. The shower toiletries hanger was broken.
