Not well maintained.

Not clean

The beds were comfortable.

Elevator didn't work great. Bath tub didn't drain. Sofa bed sunk in.

The new manager overheard me say my stay was not the best and asked me what went wrong. He was open to hearing what needed changes and actually took time to write it down and listen. The manager said he had only been there a week but he was the only good thing about that place.

Very unclean. Hair qas everywhere from previous guest, mold in the shower and gunk wad built up in the corners of the bathroom. The floor was stained and crunchy when you walked on it. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. We were suppose to get 2 queen beds but got 2 fulls.

Food was hot

My room still has clothes in the dresser, tub had dirt marks and we 2 dead roaches were in the sink. Told the housekeeping supervisor and she said the room was cleaned they just missed a few spots.

Bed and sofa

Room was smaller than photos appear.. toilet and shower room were very small..

Nice facility and close to my son’s home

Had a problem with the toilet. No one came until I called a second time.
