DISASTER WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! dryer doesn't work! I didn't have body wash, had to use shampoo throughout my stay. My door keys needed to be rekeyed because they stopped working on both of my rooms at different times. Housekeeper was loud and woke up my baby. Only one elevator works! Had to walk down 4 flights of stairs because GM was holding the elevator door wide open to prevent another domestic issue from happening on premises... Elevator wait is too long. Carpets looked dirty. Trash constantly in hallways. Only one person is working at all times, can't help everyone accordingly. THEY OVERCHARGED ME BY ONE DAY AFTER I ALREADY CHECKED OUT AMD HAD TO GIVE ME A REFUND BUTTOOK ALMOST TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THE GM GOT FIRED AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS TO TEY TO FIX IT. THEY OVERCHARGED ME PER NIGHT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

A breakfast option is better than none at all.

It was ok. The oatmeal was to stiff. Needed more breakfast sandwiches for those on the go. Juice ran out to soon. I wish I wouldn't have been charged for canceling rooms that I didn't need. Even though I was told that I wouldn't be.

It was quiet, nice and calm, breakfast was great.

The room was a bit dirty. It had candy wrapers on the floor and hair in the shower and around the toilet.

I loved everything. Nice, clean, centrally located, great staff, big rooms. I was very pleased. I have never stayed here before, but it will be my top choice when I'm in Oklahoma City again. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.

It’s ok.

The vanity sink is inside the room instead of the bathroom which is very idiotic since bathroom is big and has space for the sink and inconvenient when you have to wash your hand but have to go to the room to wash it. Like seriously WTH?
