SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs

My shower was cold. The front desk told me to run the water for 20 minutes. It was still cold, and they refused to give me another room.

The cold shower and the poor customer service made this hotel experience horrible.

There was no hot water, breakfast was boring, the tub looked disgusting, room stink, hallways stink, elevator half the time would work. We had to take the stairs my last two nights . Hotel was not worth $400. I have stayed at multiple springhill suites in different states. And this one was the worst by far. I will always remember this address so i don’t ever stay there again

The staff was wonderful! Breakfast was amazing! And the bed was very comfortable.

The hall ways felt kinda dirty and grungy. The fire alarm right outside our door made a weird noise the whole time we were there. And there was a metal piece on our bed frame that gave me several scrapes and a bruise.

I asked for a quiet room and it was in a great location. Comfortable bed, spacious room, good lighting and good breakfast. The staff were great!

The heater/ac only had one level, even on low it was blasting air and a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off at night. Windows don’t open. Bathroom is very tight when opening the door to go out.

Quiet entrance, very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were the most comfortable I've slept on in a while. Felt very safe in this location with my children!
