"Superb"

Size was great(2 beds and a nice sofa and a desk) very roomy. Staff was great especially Alex. Had a problem with the remote and she was quick to resolve it

There were handprints on the window(behind the curtain so not obvious until I opened the curtains all the way) The door to the shower wouldn't stay closed (not a huge deal) but we informed the staff when we left, I'm sure they took care of it

It was very clean and the staff were friendly.

It was loud. It is right next to a Tollway and was very loud. There were also many engines revving like people were racing until the wee hours in the night. Also, A/C was loud and did not cool like it should have despite cooler than normal temps.

The location was great and the pool was nice, we were able to get towels for the pool

Our first room, the sofa bed was broken when I called the front desk to have help with the bed they said no we don’t have anyone to help you and was rude about us changing rooms

"Great Stay"

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, staff was nice. The room was good.

Breakfast could have been better. One of the waffle irons wasn't working right.The toilet in the room seemed very low.

Ambiance is perfect. Quiet for the most part. The other tenants there were respectful. Nothing was out of place. And your breakfast staff were super awesome!

The toilet wasn’t filling properly and it needs to be looked at in room 301
