"Very spacious, clean, characterful property."

Location was excellent. Very quiet peaceful setting yet so close to lots of amenities and restaurants.

Slight problem with TV channels but helpful hosts talked us through the problem. Oven quite slow to cook food.

Great location. Lovely and clean. Well equipped and great garden

Unfortunately during our stay there appeared to be an invasion of flies. Probably cluster flies, unfortunately no way of us getting rid of them

The cottage is not the run-of-the-mill self-catering. It has lots of interesting architectural features and is superbly located for everything in Oakham and the surrounding region.

Everything was great. Perhaps the garden gate needs a little shave - it might be difficult for some people to open and close depending on the weather.

No close access by road. Luggage has to be carried from nearest road.
