"Exceptional"

Quiet, tucked away from all traffic but yet near to all amenities. .This was a beautifully kept cottage with everything we needed for our visit,the car oatk & the Wheatsheaf was a short walk away & even Tesco's was in walking dustancr for any shopping needed. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great, central to the village and easy to get around. Hosts where very informative leaving a information book and details of heating and appliances. Extremely comfortable - home from home, well equipped - could of stayed another week!

Everything was great, nothing really needs attention.

The location was perfect for short break and visit to Oakham. Well equipped and comfortable.

The towels were too small and no toiletries in bathroom.

"Beautiful cottage for exploring the area"

Lovely character property. Kitchen appeared well equipped. Beds very comfortable, sofa bed ok. Shower good.

Only parking for one car included. (Bleach) smell in kitchen, but fridge and toaster not cleaned - otherwise the cottage clean.

The cottage was lovely and perfect for our group of 6. Very comfy beds cosy and warm. Great communication from the hosts. Excellent location we had a great time

Don’t want to complain about anything as we had such a lovely time but would like to feedback that the oven wasn’t the best we followed the instructions to turn it on but it took ages to heat up (2 hours to cook our mousaka) and breakfast pastries were burnt underneath and raw on top … maybe it needs a service?
