A lovely cottage, right in the heart of Oakham. Garden was spectacular, property was decorated and cleaned to very high standards throughout. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage, perfect location.

Nothing the owners can do I know but disturbed both nights from 01.30am by adjacent postal depot. Very little sleep sadly. Shower room a bit chilly, maybe a heater would be helpful.

"Exceptional"

The location was the best in Oakham, in a quiet passage next to the church, the castle and the market place. The house was warm and cosy when we arrived. It was well equipped with nice little extras for example household supplies.

The church car park was close by but we were lucky to get the last place on a Friday afternoon.
