Spectacular Studio Apartment near to Old Trafford stadium

It was close to town and it was easy to locate. Close proximity to the activities I came for.

It wasn’t clean as expected. Had to use the stair case to the 7th floor. Was exhausting

Everything it smell of weed mattress was stained had dirt everywhere

A modern, comfortable property that looked like the pictures!

Some marks and broken drawer but overall it was clean!

The apartment was very well located for my travel purposes. The host was very responsive when I reached out

When i checked on google, this apartment came up as a serviced apartment. It turned out to be similar to an AirBNB. It was also abit inconvenient that only 2 towels were provided for a week long stay. The couch in the room I was in was completely sunken in.

The property was set very nice however there was a power cut and we were not able to charge our phones,We could not switch on the lights and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The whole night we had to sleep in the cold and even in the morning the situation had not been dealt with and there were no available people to talk to. There was even a leakage in the kitchen coming out of one of the pipes.

The customer service was absolutely shocking. There was a power cut and we had to sleep the whole night with no electricity starting from around 7 pm till the checkout time and even then it still hadn’t been turned back on so we were not able to charge our phones, we could not shower and we could not make ourselves any food.

It was in a great location, very easy to get to and parking was good. Every thing was clean

The blind was broken, I sent a message but didn’t get a response. There was no tea/coffee/spoons etc.

Bathroom was nice. Bedding and towels supplied were good. Flat was clean.

Not maintained well. TV didn’t work; no hanging hooks anywhere; poorly-equipped kitchen (eg no teaspoons). Blind broken and no curtains, so woken early by light. Bed uncomfortable and not suitable for 2 people (mattress dipped in middle). Sofa bed not easy to use . This flat is tiny and is a bedsit, not a one-bedroom flat as in one of the listings. I rang the number given to ask for the worst of the faults to be resolved- ie TV and blind. I received minimal return contact and no one made any improvement.
