The location was easily accessible to town and public transportation. The building was nice and very accommodating. My friend and I had a great time!

Great location, lovely little home in the basement of a castle-looking building.

I would recommend double checking dishes before using them- it appears previous guests haven't always actually cleaned up after themselves. The hot water in the kitchen taking a long time doesn't help with that I suppose.

Lovely location , very quiet side road , easy to park . Spotlessly clean and well equipped . Spacious lounge sitting dining room . Very comfortable beds . The owners clearly care about their property and that visitors have a very happy stay 😊

Good size living space

The second bedroom really smelt badly of damp, the bedding was disgusting. we asked for twin beds in there as per the photos and it was made as a double. We had to split them ourselves and luckily found a spare duvet, but the floor under the bed was filthy. We hoovered it up but the hoover also stank.

"Historic building in Perth. OK for a short stay."

Oven did not work (although hob did), we managed. No clothes horse (said there was on itinerary). Shower was fairly poor.

GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. FĂŒr einen Besuch von Perth können wir das Apartment empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt. Ein Steakhouse mit Bar ist FußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Nach Perth City sind es nur einige Minuten mit dem Auto.
