Proper hostel experience

The place was beautiful! There was an awesome atmosphere. The dorms were tiny but more than enough, bed and pillow were fine. The staff was superkind, really helpful and created a great vibe. The garden was also relaxing Quality/price just more than reasonable!

In general maybe a little too tiny and lack of space, but can’t complain since it didn’t feel as a problem, just a consideration

As a solo traveller, I have never felt so homely in any other hostel like I did in hearthspace. Sam(host) has a magical energy that brings people together. Fellow travellers who stayed for even 1 night became family. I planned to stay for 2 days and extended the stay to 9 days. There are two dogs Joey and Juno, and a cat who call hearthspace their home like the rest of us. Sam goes all extra miles to make the guests comfortable and happy. She took us to so many hidden spots through off-the-beaten paths for sunsets, hikes and swimming. We celebrated diwali with the kids in Anegundi village. Sam is also a very responsible host and traveller. She is strict on avoiding single use plastics and on zero waste policies in hostel. She has definitely inspired me to be a better person. Had to say goodbye to Sam, Joey, Juno and other hostel mates with a very heavy heart. PS. There is also an eatery right opposite to Hearthspace called Lovely family restaurant that serves delicious food.
