"Very Poor, miserable stay"

Location

Rude Stafff, Ac was not working throughout my 3 day stay, They haven't paid the tv subscription so couldnt watch it, lift was not working, we were in the 2nd floor, no intercom.so need to claim up and down. They were prefering short stay couples than family, not good for families. Toilet seat cover was missing, room floor was sticky and wet. Totally maintenance is 0 oyo customer care couldn't fix it in 3 days despite of several calls,

"Front desk team and ms Janani."

Nothing

Was checked in to store room with pipes and taps in cupboards room number 106. With unclean bathroom. Later shifted to second flood blood stain on bed AC not working and bathroom unclean. Later shifted to 305 bathroom unclean blood stain on sheet which was got changed by me. The team front desk and manager Janani is pathetic no empathy at all. I wanted to extend stay which they said had to do it at desk at extra rate same done.

"Could not access property, no response from reception- awful service"

Awful- could not access property, neighbours said it was shut, customer service took over an hour to transfer call. Lots of building works around outside so could not find entrance.
