The night shift guys are spoken very kindly. I liked the way of talking and explain the problems.

We booked online that is the way receptionist is spoken very rude and badly, my husband was get tensed, because she was spoke something bad. I also get angry with her we don't get my adhar card we told we have soft copy but she told I don't accept soft copy I want card copy only then we went for 3 km to get print and come to hotel that time she is not there. Night shift guys was come he was explain me kindly and he told you can give me the soft copy. We are very disappointed. I paid for extra 500 also we don't get AC room. AC is ther but not working in one room TV is there one room TV also not there
