It not like hotel itself some illegal activities is going.....it not suitable for good family people

Very worstuhhhhhhhh

We were on the 5th floor. There is no lift facility. The size of the room is so good . But the facility in the room was totally disappointed. The AC is not working and the tap in the bathroom was totally waste. We are staying in the room without AC . At that time the Chennai was so hot. But the location of the room is awesome. It's near the beach. This is the only thing good in that. The room offered by the resort and the staffs in that resort was fully disappointing. Even though there are no generated. We have experienced such a bad time in the room and with the resort.

Food Not provided also the staff told we don’t have food facilities you must eat to outside

We didn't stayed as the rooms are under renovation. there is no match between the photos shared in website and in real. As no facility was there we didn't stayed there. You can plz remove this hotel untill the renovation work completed fully.

Everything is bad

There is nothing to like about this place. It is a scam place.

It's a total scam to stay in this place. They are scammers. On their page on booking.com, they claim that you can pay upon your arrival. But in really they called me 5 times a day (exactly 5 times) before I've arrived and asked for 50% payment! They even sent me links to pay. When I arrived they would rather not check me in, they said, they do not allow foreign nationals. And they said, they aren't concerned about booking.com rules, they have their own. So, I asked them how it was possible, you wanted me to prepay my stay, and now you are not checking me in? And thereafter, they said that my price will be twice more expansive. When I started calling the police, they changed completely and the price became normal and checked me in. The rooms are dirty, with bags, mice. No towels, bedsheets were not changed for at least a month. It is quite a shame that booking.com has partners like them.
