Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly. Nice host.

No tumble dryer. Parking at the property a little bit hit & miss but alternative parking nearby.

It very well located - close to everything. Very clean had all the necessary facilities. The garden was a great extra, even though I only got to sit there once for a short time - the weather did not allow.

A small point: there is a toaster, but it doesn't have a socket near it, so I had to move a toaster to find a socket and move it back again, which was a bit of a hassle.

The cottage is beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Very spacious bedroom and lounge. The cottage was also lovely and warm.

Parking is a bit limited and you may not always get a spot outside the cottage.,

Nice riverside walk and pub. Location worked for us to meet up with family & friends. Village and cottage has good amenities. Small problem with the heating, which the owner sorted out very quickly for us. Communication to get it resolved worked well through the App

Great location, convenient for the walk down to the local shops & riverside. Lovely little cottage, everything you could wish for for a couple of days away. The owners checked in via messenger to make sure we were happy & everything was ok for us.

It is on a junction of a main road so you do hear passing car noise & people coming & going at all hours but nothing that bothered us.

Very close to everything, a short walk to the station and shops and pubs. Very clean and comfortable. It's nice to have some outside space too which you don't always get in Wivenhoe. The bed was super comfortable too.

The doors and windows are very difficult to lock/open. It might be because it's new.

It was spotless, bed was very comfortable, had everything you could possibly need and was exactly as described. The break was to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary and there was a welcome bottle of Prosecco left on the table for us, which we appreciated.

The only comment was that we were unable to park outside the property but did park safely in the Co-op car park opposite.
